Description

Jellyfish nebula is a galactic supernova remnant in the constellation Gemini. On the plane of the sky, it is located near the star Eta Geminorum. Its distance is roughly 5,000 light years from Earth. IC 443 may be the remains of a supernova that occurred 3,000 - 30,000 years ago.

Cloudy, rainy days blues, remedy calls for your fave, best data from the last season to be reprocessed with improved techniques.. The data acquisition was done mid to late February, 2022, from our Bortle 5 backyard. Equipment used: WO Z73 doublet apo refractor on iOptron GEM28 mount with GPS, 0.8x FR FF, ZWO 294MC Pro main camera, L enhance filter, ZWO 120mm guidecam, ASI Air Pro and all powered by two Jackery units.
